Benefit for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society featuring Vocalist Sasha Riffle and local musicians Andy Sharp, Ian Hutchison, and Matt Murphy.

$10 cover at the door includes admission to amazing live jazz music and silent auction.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training is the single largest endurance training program in the world. Our team is currently raising funds and training for the Rock 'n Roll Arizona Marathon and Walt Disney World Marathon. Portion of the cover and silent auction item proceeds will directly benefit the Society's Rocky Mountain Chapter research grants and patient programs. In 2008, Team in Training will celebrate its 20th Anniversary and has raised to date 180 million dollars for blood cancer research.

About the performer....

Sasha Riffle is a very passionate and driven jazz vocalist. Her love for music and her passion for performing are obvious to anyone in the audience every time she steps up to the microphone. Her musical knowledge and professionalism make her performance seem effortless, and her drive makes the audience crave more. She has a wide variety of genres in her musical vocabulary which include Jazz, Rock, Country, and Soul, and she captures the nuances of each style equally well. When performing by herself, her honest and comfortable presence on the stage can capture an audience's attention and hold it as long as she wants.
